MISSION: TO PROVIDE SPEEDY AND USER-FRIENDLY ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND OUR COURT CONSISTENT WITH THE OATH OF OFFICE WHICH I HAVE TAKEN TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAWS OF TEXAS EVERYDAY AND IN EVERY WAY.

This means that my staff and myself will attempt to understand and efficiently process all cases filed, to protect filed sensitive data, to actively track all documents submitted and to set dockets and court dates responsive to available court dates, court capacity and stable computer systems.  Many court decisions depend upon timely service of process by law enforcement or private process servers of cases filed, recognizing statute of limitations and time limits established by law and statutes.
